Welcome to UmmahCareers.org (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our career platform and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership & Payment

• Membership Tiers: Basic ($25/year), Professional ($50/year), Elite ($100/year)
• Payment: All payments processed securely via Stripe. No refunds within 30 days of payment.
• Auto-Renewal: Memberships auto-renew annually. Cancel anytime in your account settings.
• Access: Membership benefits begin immediately after payment confirmation.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information in your profile
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Do not share account access with others
• Use platform only for lawful career development purposes

3. Content & Intellectual Property

• All platform content is owned by UmmahCareers.org
• Members may download resources for personal use only
• Do not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
• Job postings remain property of respective employers

4. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to this data processing.

• Cancel membership anytime via your account dashboard
• Annual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days
• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• Upon cancellation, your profile remains but premium features are disabled

7. Code of Conduct

Members must:

• Treat all members and mentors with respect
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Keep community discussions confidential
• Report inappropriate behavior to careers@noorenabi.org

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with 30 days notice to active members.
